Welcome Brothers of Beta Alpha:
I would like to welcome you to our new Delta Tau Delta Mentor Program at Indiana University. There is much that needs to be done in order to ensure that each undergraduate Delt is provided with a personal, adult influence. There are numerous issues that undergraduates have to deal with and having someone who has been in that position and is a little more knowledgeable about a certain situation will certainly be helpful.
Like many aspects of Fraternity life, the direct results of a mentor/mentee relationship may be difficult to quantitatively measure. However, there is one primary goal of the program and two resulting objectives – all of which have the potential for long-term, positive effects on the individuals involved (alumni and undergraduate), the chapter, and on our larger International Fraternity.
